Yoga

Since 2020 I have been teaching Yoga online and a few workshops via Zoom.

Currently I have available 

Mid Week Reset Yoga Flow on Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m.

Yoga for the Terrified on Fridays at 9:30 a.m.

Through the years I have been able to train and work in different areas related to physical and spiritual wellbeing, and this has allowed me to forth come most of the cases I have worked with from a Holistic approach.

Fitness Classes and Health Coaching 

I provide various fitness classes such as yoga, core strength, mobility and cardio HIIT within the local area. You can find details regarding prices , locations, schedules in my booking system below

Complimentary Therapies

Since 2012 I have been training and Practising as Complimentary therapies and Currently I offer a range of Therapies including Jin Shin Jyutsu and Deep tissue Massage. I proudly belong to a wonderful team at Be Glitz in Magor and you can find more information about treatments and prices at the link provided below
